    I use rice bran oil and it is great.I bought an air fryer at wal-mart for 69.00 and ordered the oil.I rub my chicken pieces with the oil and then roll them in bread crumbs,I rub the oil on a large sliced potato.I put them in the air fryer and cook until done.When I have this meal I so feel like I am cheating on my diet but i’m not.This is my version of fried chicken and french fries that you can not tell how they were fried.I use this oil the way I would use any other oil.My cholesterol has come down so far by 52 pts and I have lost 23 pounds.I have to say I also cook with a lot of garlic and garlic powder.I do eat oatmeal 3 times per week.

    Ive been using this for months and it must be working! I used to steam veggies and bake potatoes, now I stir fry everything using rice bran oil. Seems strange that I’ve added fat to my diet by cooking with oil but am losing weight! Also, what made me even try it was my quest for finding a light oil…I can’t digest olive oil very well, but have NO problems with this oil. I have also tried baking with it…muffins came out great! One great trick I learned is to grease the pan with it when I make scrambled eggs…and they taste great too. I will never go back to regular oil again!!
